JRZ-50AZ/0.8 Single Stage Power Frequency Screw Air Compressor utilizes the proven principle of single-stage screw compression. At its heart lies a pair of precision-machined, asymmetrical helical rotors (a male and a female rotor) that rotate in perfect synchronization within a sealed chamber. As air is drawn in through the intake valve, it becomes trapped between the rotor cavities. The volume between the rotors progressively decreases as they rotate, compressing the air continuously until it reaches the designated pressure before being discharged.
